Delivery Policy

‘I Am Rebecca Morgan’ delivery prices are set by the sales merchants as detailed on their individual sites. 

Please Note: ‘I Am Rebecca Morgan’ launched under extraordinary circumstances.  Lockdown is easing across the UK and we hope to deliver all packages in the time scales advertised.  However, please bear with us and allow a little extra time whilst our sales partners and the rest of the world adjusts and gets to grips with Covid- 19.

Return & Exchange Policy

If the items have arrived damaged please contact the original seller in accordance to their policies.  If the item has been ordered directly from ‘I Am Rebecca Morgan’, please contact me by email within 14 days. I will pay the cost of returning your damaged goods.  Do not return damaged goods without contacting me first. On recipe of the damaged items, I will replace or refund the damaged goods as required. Postage will not be refunded on faulty goods returned without prior notification.  Any shortages/ discrepancies must be advised within 14 days of receipt of your parcel.  Refunds will be made within 14 working days of receipt of returned items.
